Bill O’Donnell was an orator.
He took great delight in presenting his latest poems to his family at Christmas and his audience sat and listened with admiration for his love of his country and his articulation. Printing a copy of his poems at Christmas Bill would always ensure a copy of his Christmas wishes were enclosed within the Christmas card sent to friends and family.
